College at Southeastern

Junior and Senior students enrolled in The College at Southeastern in Wake Forest, North Carolina may apply for a grant in the amount of $4,000 per year for up to two years (4 semesters), if enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program as listed below: 
               
Available to Juniors and Seniors only.     

  1. Student must be enrolled in the:

Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry, Theology, Worship Ministry or Global Studies. 

OR

The Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with a minor in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry, Missions,  Global Studies, Preaching, Theology, or Student Ministry.   

  1.  Interested students must submit the proper application available on this website.  

All questions must be answered and the budget sheet completed accurately. 

  1.  Grants are available only to citizens of the United States who are residents of Virginia, North Carolina or South Carolina.   Students must meet residency requirements as stated in the application.
  2.  Deadline date for submitting an application is May 1.   
  3.  Applicant must have plans to be employed in Bapt
  4. ist ministry.  See the requirements on the application.   
  5.  Most recent grades must be submitted with the application.
  6. Must be enrolled at least half-time, not including J-term or summer school.  
  7. One class may be an on-line class to count toward the required hours. 
  8. Full-time students  (12 hours) may receive a maximum grant of $4,000 per year - $2,000 per semester for a maximum of four semesters. 

    Students enrolled for 7-8-9-10-11 hours may receive a grant of $3,000 per year - $1,500 per semester for a maximum of four semesters.

    Students enrolled for 6 hours may receive a grant of $2,000 per year - $1,000 per semester for a maximum of four semesters. 

  9.   Student must reapply each year in order to continue to receive the grant for a maximum of two years (4 semesters.)
